Questions about either machine, its condition or delivery? Send us a message.
Contact usIs it new?
Both machines are open box, never used. The box has been opened, but the machine itself has never been used. Each is complete, in its original Roborock box. They are sold as open box, not as factory-sealed machines. The condition page explains it in full.
Which one should I pick?
The Qrevo 2 Pro is a robot: it vacuums and mops on its own from its multifunctional dock, with 20,000 Pa HyperForce suction, and the dock washes the mops with hot water up to 149°F, dries them with 113°F warm air and empties the dust for up to 65 days. It comes with the free gift.
The F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 is a wet and dry vacuum you push: 25,000 Pa, 5,000 mg/min of 356°F steam for tough stains and 194°F running hot water for greasy messes, and a dock that washes and dries its roller. See the side-by-side.
What is the free gift, and is it genuine Roborock?
The Qrevo 2 Pro comes with Roborock Dust Bag ×6 and Roborock Mop Cloth ×4: genuine Roborock accessories, included free and packed in the same shipment. The F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 has no gift.
Who provides the warranty, and for how long?
Daily Vac provides a 1-year warranty on each machine. It is our warranty, not Roborock’s. Read the terms on the warranty page.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only, and shipping is free.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days. The machine must come back complete and clean. A fault after that is covered by the 1-year warranty.

Delivery takes 7–10 business days, and tracking is emailed when your order is dispatched.
Are you affiliated with Roborock?
No. Daily Vac is an independent retailer. Roborock is a trademark of its owner. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roborock, and the warranty on these machines is provided by Daily Vac, not by Roborock.
